Room Attendant

Room Attendant’s Key Duties:

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and hallways to a high standard
• Replace towels, toiletries, and other room items so every room is guest-ready
• Report any lost property or broken items to Housekeeping Supervisors
• Use cleaning tools and chemicals safely and correctly
• Ensure the security of keys and guest rooms at all times by adherence to security procedures.
• Follow Work Health & Safety (WHS) procedures and best practices at all times, helping maintain a safe environment for both team members and guests
• Represent the hotel in a warm and professional manner when encountering guests, creating a positive impression through courteous and friendly interactions.
