Your key responsibilities include:

• You will welcome our international guests from all over the world and, together with your team, ensure that everything runs smoothly
• As an expert in your field, you know what our guests need and do everything you can to make their stay as memorable as possible
• You will plan and oversee the day-to-day operations at the front desk related to guest arrivals and departures, including room sales, room allocation for VIPs and groups, and room registration
• You will coordinate with the housekeeping and technical team to ensure that rooms are properly and efficiently cleaned and available to guests.
• You will work with different departments to ensure that all guest data is accurate and to monitor that the specific requirements of the guests are met efficiently.
• Together with the team, you will work on achieving the departmental goals 
• You know how to deal with guest complaints through expertise and find a solution – you have learned that you can also turn negative impressions into positive memories with the right attitude

• You have already had experience in a similar guest-oriented position.
• Your communicative nature distinguishes you and you feel extremely comfortable in both German and English, any other foreign language is an advantage.
