About the location:

This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar).
Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Bartender to join the team in the Rotunda Bar & Lounge!
About Rotunda Bar & Lounge in Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge:
Presiding at the heart of the Hotel, the Rotunda Lounge is a stylish and elegant venue set beneath a beautiful domed ceiling. Perfect for after work drinks, pre-dinner aperitivo or a nightcap, the Bar offers an impressive menu of creative cocktails, refined classics and rare vintage spirits as well as delicious bar snacks to share.
The Role:
As Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering seamless and personalised service, crafting memorable experiences for every guest. You’ll bring energy, creativity and precision to every shift, with a deep understanding of mixology and a genuine passion for hospitality.
