The Hilton Baltimore is looking for an energetic, organized, team-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. We are located adjacent to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, five blocks from Baltimore’s Inner Harbor area and surrounded by downtown dining. Our GBAC STAR™ accredited hotel is connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk, and we’re a half mile from Camden MARC Station. Our 757 room hotel has been recently renovated and is a pleasure to sell.
The ideal candidate for this role has a minimum of 1 year of experience in Hotel Sales, are skilled in prospecting and contract negotiations, and have shown consistent longevity with previous employers.
Pay Range: 69,000 – 75,000k annually
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM on property

As a Sales Manager at Hilton Baltimore, you would be responsible for representing the hotel’s services and facilities to prospective clients and customers in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
