The Hilton McLean Tysons Corner is looking for their Senior Catering Manager.
Hilton McLean Tysons Corner is a 4 Diamond hotel located in the heart of the Northern Virginia technology corridor; this hotel offers 458 guestrooms and 28,000 square feet with their largest room at 10,952 sq feet of ballroom space.
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years proven experience in catering sales and services, particularly at cultural weddings, social events, galas, and fundraisers. They must possess a flexible schedule with full availability to work any day or hour without limitations. A strong and strategic seller, this individual excels at identifying opportunities and securing new business. They should have in-depth knowledge of banquet food and beverage operations and demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range: This is a salaried role in the starting budget of $80,000.00 annually and will be aligned with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. This role also participates in the Hilton Sales Incentive Plan.
Shift Pattern: Typical office hours of 8:30AM – 5:00 PM with required flexibility to adjust schedules for early mornings or late evenings on all days based on client engagement events.
