Le(la) serveur(se) de nuit – service aux chambres est responsable de prendre, préparer et livrer les commandes alimentaires aux chambres des invités avec courtoisie, efficacité et souci du détail. Il veille à offrir un service personnalisé de qualité, en anticipant les besoins des clients et en assurant la précision, la rapidité et la présentation des commandes, tout en maintenant une communication fluide avec la cuisine et les autres départements.
