El sommelier selecciona los vinos que mejor se adapten a los platos propuestos en el menú. Es el encargado de realizar el maridaje
RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE:
-Hacer recomendaciones en el menú de bebidas, maridaje.
-Contacto con los proveedores.
-Creación de carta de vinos, teniendo en cuenta las preferencias del cliente y el carácter de nuestro restaurante 1621.
-Responsable de bebidas en el restaurante.
-Organización de la cava y preparación de implementos necesarios para el servicio.
-Inventario de vinos y bebidas.
-Manejo de novasoft y solicitud de bebidas.
-Seguimiento de vinos en existencia y cambio de cartas diarias en caso de ser necesario.
-Responsable de máquinas enomatics, contacto con mantenimiento.
-Recomendar el vino adecuado para su selección
-Servir el vino
-Preparar la carta de vinos-Construir y administrar bodega de vinos del restaurante.
-Realizar catas.
-Realizar capacitaciones al personal de A & B
-Vigilar que este montado el mice en place del restaurante
