About the job:
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai within the Food and Beverage Department in Dubai, the Sous Chef, Netsu, is responsible for supporting the Head Chef in executing strategy, maintaining daily operational excellence, and ensuring consistency during service. The Sous Chef reports to the Chef De Cuisine.
