Spa Concierge

Fairmont Spa at Chateau Lake Louise is a beautifully renovated spa that is set to open its doors in February 2024. We are seeking a talented Spa Experience Concierge to join our opening team. Pay Rate: $20.03/hour

What you will be doing:

• Strictly enforce the privacy and confidentiality of guest information
• Act as a representative of The Spa and be knowledgeable of all spa services
• Complete reservations, check-in, and check-out procedures accurately with service excellence
• Assist with linen stocking, laundry and spa cleaning
• Adheres to a high professional image standard such as dress, appearance, language, and lifestyle
• Demonstrate pride in work by creating positive energy, team work, excitement and fun
• Reiterate home care recommendations and close retail sales
• Communicate with all other departments within Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise to ensure effective and efficient management of operations

• 2 years of Spa, Hospitality, Guest Service and/or Retail Sales experience preferred
• Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Possess passion and natural inclination for Guest Service and Health and Wellness
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Computer literacy and previous reservation software and POS experience an asset
