JOB DESCRIPTION
One of the most historic hotels in city, the Hilton Boston Park Plaza is seeking a stewarding manager to join their food beverage team! This 1060 room property has a premier Back Bay location just steps away from the Boston Common and the Public Garden, as well as a half mile from Beacon Hill and the Theater District!
In this role, you would oversee a team of 9 floor stewards/27 utility stewards and report to the Executive Steward. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous hands-on leadership experience, as well as a positive attitude who can take responsibility/initiative when it comes to resolving issues! Other asset qualities for candidates include: previous experience as a restaurant steward or hotel steward within a union, or leading a union stewarding team.

What will I be doing?
As an stewarding manager, you would be responsible for assisting in the direction and administration of stewarding operations to ensure designated food and beverage outlets have necessary supplies and equipment in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
