Description du poste

 

  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes : Coordonner et assurer le bon déroulement des services de restauration, tout en maintenant une communication et une collaboration efficaces avec les autres services de l’hôtel.
  • Gérer et encadrer l’équipe : Former, motiver et superviser le personnel en suscitant leur engagement et leur satisfaction, afin de maintenir un service client de haute qualité.
  • Anticiper et surpasser les attentes des clients : Proposer des expériences personnalisées et mémorables, tout en gérant efficacement les demandes spéciales et en résolvant rapidement les éventuels problèmes.
  • Maintenir et améliorer les normes de service : chercher à améliorer la qualité des produits et services tout en augmentant les bénéfices.
  • Optimiser les opérations : Participer à la gestion des horaires, des stocks et des coûts afin d’atteindre les objectifs financiers et opérationnels.
