En tant que Superviseur.e des services de restauration, tu joueras un rôle essentiel dans l’expérience client. Tu superviseras les opérations quotidiennes, veilleras au respect de nos standards de qualité, et inspireras les équipes à offrir un service exceptionnel à chaque service, chaque table, chaque invité.
Planifier, organiser et superviser les équipes de salle
Assurer la fluidité des services et la qualité de l’expérience client
Appliquer les politiques et procédures de l’hôtel
Communiquer efficacement avec la cuisine et les autres départements
Être un.e ambassadeur.drice de notre service et un modèle pour l’équipe
Poste temps plein, permanent
Horaire : 8h par jour, jour, soir, fins de semaine et jours fériés selon les besoins
Expérience de 2 ans minimum dans un rôle similaire en restauration haut de gamme
Maitrise du français
Maitrise de l’anglais (une 3eme langue est appréciée)
Excellentes aptitudes en gestion d’équipe et en service à la clientèle
Capacité à bien gérer son stress, ses priorités et les imprévus
Ouverture à l’apprentissage continu
Une expérience en milieu syndiqué et/ou des études en hôtellerie/restauration sont des atouts
