About the job

Based within the Food & Beverage in Guangzhou, the TANG Service Attendant is responsible for is responsible for providing the services required by the guests and exceeding the expectations of the guests under the standards described by the management. He/she will also be responsible for handling special requests and maintaining a clean and organized workplace. The TANG Service Attendant assist supervising the casual colleagues. The TANG Service Attendant reports to the Captain/Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Outlet Manager.

As TANG Service Attendant, you will responsible for the following duties:

• To consistently achieve the service and product delivery standards with a high degree of client care and service at all times.
• To demonstrate a pride for your workplace and a high level of commitment.
• Supports the companies Vision + Mission and the Company Culture through the use of Pillars and Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement are met.
• Provide an excellent and personalized to our guests at all times.
• Assist guests courteously and efficiently.
• Communicates with colleagues (F&B + Culinary) for any special guests’ request and dietary requirements.
• To prepare the workplace accordingly to ensure a smooth service.
• To maintain the workplace neat, tidy, clean and safe.
• Ensures a deep knowledge of their respective roles and responsibilities and products/software/applications used.
• Ensure for each guest a memorable welcome and farewell experience.
• Show genuine care for our outlets and our guests.
• To live the role of good MO brand ambassador.
