Treat Cafe Manager

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Treat café.

• Train employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment

• Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed (like takeaway cups, coffee, milk and other ingredients)

• Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses

• Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences (for example vegan coffee drinks)

• Creates a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers

• Adheres to hotel brand standards

• Maintains a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sells services and   facilities to guests

• Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service

• Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy

• Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation

• Comply with hotel rules and regulations

• Comply with company grooming and hygiene, and uniform standards

• Comply with timekeeping and attendance policies

• Be able to use and clean all barista equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines, following appropriate training.

 What We need from you:

•Preferably be a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management

•Should have at least 3 year’s experience as a Barista Manager in 4–5-star hotel

•Should be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).  Arabic is an advantage

•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

•Good knowledge of micros operating systems

•Good skills in customer service and communication
