Conservatorium Hotel is looking for a Waiter/ess to join our Barbounia All Day Dining and In Room Dining team.

As Waiter, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• To provide our guests with exceptional breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner experiences
• To take orders, provide information about menu and dishes, deliver excellent service and handle the settling of bills
• Carry out preparation of service including mise en place
• Assist the Food & Beverage team of the hotel with set up and service

BARBOUNIA and Lounge are located in a stunning glass courtyard with spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows. BARBOUNIA celebrates authentic cuisine from the South of France, Italy and Greece. Open daily from 6:30 a.m. until midnight, shifts can start as early as 05:00 a.m. and finish as late as 01:00 a.m. Please keep this in mind when applying for this position. Our team consists of hosts, waiters, barista’s and stewards. Together with the leadership team, we strive to make every visit memorable.

As Waiter/ Waitress we expect from you: 

• Prior experience in similar positions at high-end restaurants;
• Affinity with Mediterranean food and wine;
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken);
• Flexibility to different shift patterns, including mornings, evenings and weekend shifts.
