About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders and delivering food and beverages.
· Ensure timely and accurate order delivery while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
· Assist guests with menu selections and accommodate special requests.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the equipment and service areas.
· Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
Our Ideal Waiter candidate will have:
· Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact professionally and warmly with guests, ensuring clear and polite communication.
· Customer-focused mindset: A passion for delivering high-quality service, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
· Attention to detail: Keen awareness of guests’ preferences, dietary restrictions, and order accuracy to provide personalized service.
· Knowledge of food and beverages: Familiarity with menu items, wine pairings, and cocktail offerings to assist guests in making informed choices.
· Strong multitasking abilities: Capable of managing multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
· Team player: Able to collaborate well with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service operations.
· Time management skills: Efficient in prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
· Professional appearance and demeanor: Presentable, with good hygiene and a friendly, approachable attitude.
· Ability to handle pressure: Able to remain calm and composed during busy service hours, managing difficult situations with grace.
· Previous experience in a fine dining or luxury environment: Experience in a similar setting, with knowledge of high-end service standards, is highly desirable.
