Director of Food & Beverage

Hotel Bristol, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Warsaw  is recruiting for the position: Director of Food & Beverage
Nr ref.: DOFB/062025

Functions as the strategic business leader of the property’s food & beverage operation, including Restaurants, Bars Outlets, Room Service and Banquets. Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and initiatives.  The position ensures the food and beverage/culinary operation meets the brand’s Guests needs, ensures Associates satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department.  Develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the Guests and Associates and provides a return on investment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
– Senior Leader position: 6 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary,
– People management skills: the ability to lead a Team and motivate Employees, the ability to share passion, knowledge and experience, experience in luxury service will be an additional asset,
– Administrative and financial experience: building a strategy for one of the largest hotel departments based on revenue growth, data analysis, creating a department budget (F&B offers, payroll),
– Building increased satisfaction of Guests and Teams,
– Experience in a hotel management team: this position is a member of the board who make key decisions in building hotel’s the strategy, organizational culture, etc. This position reports directly to the General Manager and also stays in touch with the regional team in our Company,
– Strong experience in an international environment focused on a people-based culture, understanding the needs of the Team, which contributes to business successes,
– Mentoring and coaching skills for F&B managers and teams will be an added advantage.
