F&D Guest Relations Officer

An F&D Guest Relations Team Member engages with our Guests throughout the entire F&D experience. The F&D Guest Relations Team is always prepared to respond to Guest requests, during their meals plays a crucial role in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. Here are some key responsibilities and requirements for this role.

What will I be doing?

As an F&D Guest Relations Team Member, you will serve on the Food & Drinks Team. An F&D  Guest Relations Team Member truly influences the first impressions of our guests and, therefore, is responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Greet and Welcome Guests: Ensure a warm and friendly reception for all guests.

    • Handle Inquiries and Complaints: Address guest inquiries about the menu, services, and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Coordinate with other TMs: Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
    • Monitor Guest Satisfaction: Gather feedback from guests to improve services and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
    • Assist with Special Requests: Handle special requests such as dietary needs, special occasions, and seating arrangements.
    • Promote Services: Inform guests about special offers, events, and promotions.
    • Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers.
