OBJECTIF DU POSTE :
Doit être polyvalent avec les postes de portier, bagagiste et voiturier. Gère les bagages clients et est en charge de l’organisation de l’activité devant la porte. Effectue les arrivées et départs clients en coordination avec la Conciergerie
FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES :
Pouvoir appliquer les procédures de pointage horaires (planning). Etre capable de reconnaître tous les éléments propres aux événements journaliers (+ clients réguliers, VIP et feuilles de fonctions). Etre capable d’accompagner les clients en arrivée à leurs chambres, prendre en main leurs bagages avec soin de façon efficace et présenter l’intérieur de la chambre. Pouvoir prendre en charge une demande de changement de chambre (délogement). Etre capable de s’occuper des bagages des clients en départ ainsi que les demandes de transport. Pouvoir stocker et retirer les bagages et autres objets. Pouvoir maintenir un ordre de propreté à l’entrée de l’hôtel et de la bagagerie. Pouvoir appeler les clients par leur nom et se souvenir des clients habitués et VIP’s. Rendre une image d’amabilité, professionnelle et de dévouement afin de personnaliser le service. Pouvoir travailler, aider et supporter l’équipe des portiers, voituriers, concierges et réceptionnistes. Etre capable de conduire et garer les véhicules des clients de l’hôtel, en suivant les règles établies par les Critères de Qualité de l’hôtel, avec la plus grande vigilance. Tenir informé la Direction et/ou les concierges de tout problème lié à la clientèle, demande particulière, plainte, etc. Etre capable de déplacer et manœuvrer les chariots à bagages et tout colis encombrant. Reporter toute défaillance notée dans les chambres ou dans les étages clients auprès du personnel de conciergerie. Pouvoir répondre à toute urgence ou problème de sécurité. Accepter la flexibilité d’autres tâches assignées par le personnel d’encadrement. Pouvoir utiliser le système téléphonique. Appliquer et maîtriser les standards de qualité liés à votre fonction. Etre en excellente forme physique Excellente présentation, curieux, intéressé, disponible, flexible, dévoué à offrir un service exceptionnel à nos clients en anticipant les demandes.
