As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and welcoming arrival experience.

Handle check-ins and check-outs, manage guest inquiries, and ensure a seamless and personalized stay. Your role is vital in delivering exceptional guest service, upholding brand standards, and maintaining the smooth operation of the front desk area.

 

What you will do

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
  • Perform accurate and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., concierge, housekeeping, F&B) to fulfill guest needs.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages, providing relevant information and assistance.
  • Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area and ensure all systems are up-to-date.
  • Uphold security and privacy standards for all guests and staff.

 

What you bring

  • Requires working knowledge of Four Seasons services, policies, or operations and generally learns on-the-job.
  • Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.
  • Ability to read and speak English and Japanese in a clear manner.
  • Professional appearance and positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous front desk or guest service experience preferred (hospitality or related industry).

Schedule & Hours:

Full-time position

Eight-hour shifts must have flexibility in availability to work according to business volume (early mornings, days, evenings, overnights, or weekends.)
