About the role

At Four Seasons Hotel Firenze we are looking for a passionate Bellman who will be an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. The Bellman assists guests with their arrival and departure experience, greeting them by name with a warm welcoming smile and a positive attitude.  .

 

What you will do

  • Greet guests. Deliver luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Greet all guests passing through lobby and offer them assistance.
  • Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the
  • Perform shoeshine service; picking up shoes from guest room, cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest.
  • Carry out valet parking duties.
  • Provide a high level of cleanliness in the luggage storage room.
  • Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Door Staff, Front Desk and Concierge.
