Concierge Agent:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Concierge Agent to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Concierge Agent, you will be the go-to person for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

• Greet guests warmly and offer professional, consistent, and engaging service
• Anticipate guests’ needs and make informed suggestions for activities, dining, and local attractions
• Assist guests with making reservations for travel, dining, and special events
• Serve as a knowledgeable liaison between guests and all aspects of the hotel
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about hotel services and local area attractions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
• Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and courteously
• Maintain an organized and tidy concierge desk area
• Stay informed about local events, attractions, and changes in hotel services
• Assist with additional guest services such as luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and special requests

• Previous experience in a similar concierge or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Outstanding guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel (experience with Property Management Systems is a plus)
• Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• In-depth knowledge of Cairo’s attractions, restaurants, events, and local culture
• Multilingual skills are highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage when necessary
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality or tourism is a plus
