Chef de Partie

W Florence in collaborazione con Trattoria Contemporanea, ristorante stellato con sede a Lomazzo, è alla ricerca di uno Chef de Partie talentuoso e appassionato da inserire nel proprio team di cucina per il ristorante Tratto.

W Florence è un hotel di lusso che unisce design, innovazione e ospitalità esclusiva. Tratto rappresenta l’eccellenza della cucina italiana contemporanea, con un’attenzione particolare alla tradizione reinterpretata in chiave moderna.

Come Chef de Partie presso W Florence, sarai responsabile della preparazione, cottura e presentazione di piatti di alta qualità, in linea con gli standard innovativi e raffinati del brand.

Gestirai una specifica sezione della cucina, garantendo il rispetto delle ricette, delle porzioni e delle norme igieniche. Collaborerai strettamente con l’Executive Chef, il Sous Chef e il resto del team per mantenere elevati standard di servizio anche nei momenti di maggiore affluenza.

Supporterai la formazione e il coordinamento dello staff, contribuendo a creare un ambiente di lavoro positivo e professionale. È fondamentale avere attenzione al dettaglio, creatività e capacità di lavorare in team in un ambiente dinamico e di lusso come quello di W Florence.

 

Mansioni principali:

  • Gestire una sezione specifica della cucina, garantendo preparazione, cottura e presentazione di piatti di alta qualità secondo gli standard del brand;
  • Assicurare il rispetto di ricette, porzioni e norme igieniche;
  • Collaborare con Executive Chef, Sous Chef e il team per mantenere elevati standard di servizio, anche nei momenti di picco;
  • Supportare la formazione e il coordinamento dello staff di cucina;
  • Mantenere ordine, pulizia e sicurezza nell’area di lavoro;

 

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza comprovata come Chef de Partie, preferibilmente in ristoranti di alta cucina o hotel di lusso;
  • Passione per la cucina italiana contemporanea e per l’innovazione gastronomica;
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, precisione e capacità di gestire ritmi intensi;
  • Conoscenza delle normative igienico-sanitarie.;
