About the role
At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the Server Assistant/Busperson assists the Seasons Restaurant Server in providing an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables.

What you will do:

• • • Anticipate and service the owner and guest’s needs before requests are necessary.
    • Retrieve and stock all linen, china, silver, glassware and food and beverage items.
    • Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
    • Provide unobtrusive and professional service.
    • Provide water throughout the meal to guests.
    • Carry trays properly and safely as well as break them down.
    • Clear tables and reset them for specific number of persons.
    • Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant.
    • Assist servers when needed.
    • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Club management and staff.

What you bring:

• • • Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
    • 6 months food and beverage experience preferred.
    • San Diego County Food Handlers card (not required upon hire) and Responsible Beverage Service certification.
