Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career?  Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a talented and dynamic Part-Time Barista who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do!

About the role:

The Barista serves and creates memorable beverages for our guests. They will be responsible for providing an enjoyable expertly served experience while adhering to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. The position will be responsible for handling orders, creating specialty coffees and teas, serving guests and other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

We are looking for an individual who possesses an affinity for guest service! Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons standards, learn the sequence of service and work independently is required. The position requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs and applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request!

Preferred qualifications & skills:

• At minimum 1-year previous barista experience in a fast-paced guest facing operation
• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
• Additional language a definite asset for career growth

• The hourly wage for this role is $20.90 per hour

Schedule & Hours:

Successful candidates possess flexible availability and the ability to work a variety shifts, including weekends and holidays.
