Food and Beverage Manager

The Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our management team!

This position will report to the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage and will oversee the Pendulum 401 Restaurant and Pratt & Perk Cafe & Market. This individual will help lead a team of 10-15 front of the house team members per shift.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years food and beverage leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills. Prior hotel leadership experience and union knowledge are highly preferred.

Shift Pattern: Full availability is needed for this position.

Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000 / annually
