Banquets Server

Banquets Server

As a Banquets Server, you will help to create a special event our guests will remember. Your ability to work as a team player, combined with your service skills and your engaging personality, will ensure that our guests have a memorable experience.

This is a full-time, seasonal position, beginning June 5, 2026.

Starting Rate of Pay: $18.10 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation – hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $19.80.

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Serve all food and beverage items for assigned banquet meetings
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists
• Have full knowledge of all menu items being served
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

• Serving It Right Certificate required
• Previous serving experience
• Must thrive under pressure and be knowledgeable in guest recovery
• Previous experience in Banquets is preferred
