El Gerente de Mercadeo, junto al DOSM, es responsable de diseñar y ejecutar las estrategias de marketing necesarias para cumplir con los objetivos de ingresos y participación de mercado del hotel.
Especificamente debe desarrollar, gestionar, ejecutar y medir todos los aspectos tácticos y técnicos de las estrategias de marketing y branding, incluyendo pero no limitado a: presupuestos, redes sociales, sitios web, publicidad digital e impresa, materiales colaterales y activos de video/fotografía.
Sus funcionen serán de apoyo para todos los departamentos del hotel con el objetivo de unificar toda la comunicación interna y externa para que este alineada con el positioning.
Planificación y Estrategia de Marketing
– Soporte a la Marca y Posicionamiento: Asegura que los mensajes y el posicionamiento sea coherente y alineados con las estrategias de marketing. Asegura que la entrega de contenido cumpla con los estándares de la marca.
– Planificación y Presupuesto: Desarrolla planes estratégicos de marketing y establece presupuestos anuales junto con el Director de Ventas y Marketing (DOSM).
– Gestión de Agencias: Responsable de la relación diaria con las agencias y la ejecución de sus estrategias.
– Colaboraciones Internas: Atiende solicitudes relacionadas con hotel, outlets y spa.
Ejecución Táctica y Análisis de Marketing
– Campañas: Planifica y ejecuta campañas de comercio electrónico para respaldar los planes estratégicos de marketing del hotel, trabajando dentro de los presupuestos establecidos. Esto incluye (pero no se limita a) email marketing, medios pagados, redes sociales, listados en línea y SEO/SEM.
– Elevate: Creación, actualización y seguimiento de campañas en la plataforma para Expedia Travel Ads, Booking Network y Trip.com Sponsored Ads.
– Gestión de Reputación: Monitorea y responde comentarios y reseñas en diferentes plataformas.
