One of the first faces of the guest arrival, and the last face upon departure, Fairmont Austin guest services is responsible for ensuring each guest receives a Warm Welcome and a Fond Farewell, as well as everything in between. Operationally, we are responsible for the delivery of Guest’s to their room, luggage, messages and any other items for delivery within the Hotel.
