With your expertise, you’ll assist in recommending wines and beverages, all while working seamlessly with your team to deliver the best service. Your keen attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure will ensure the highest-quality drinks are served consistently. Add in your creativity and table service experience, and you’ll ensure accuracy when taking and delivering food and beverage orders. The Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded property that opened its doors on 1 July 2024. With a total of 464 rooms – 248 in Novotel Melbourne Airport and 216 in ibis Styles Melbourne Airport, this dynamic new development is just steps from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport, offering convenience and comfort for travellers and professionals alike.
Our guests can enjoy a selection of food & beverage venues: Boccata, meaning “mouthful” in Italian, celebrates the city’s migrant heritage and marries Italian favourites with local, contemporary touch. Amber State Taphouse & Kitchen is the ideal gathering place that celebrates the joy of getting together through the Aussie tradition of barbecue and beer – with craft beers on tap, wines, and cocktails. In addition to our exceptional food and beverage venues, the Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport features premier event spaces designed to accommodate everything from intimate meetings to grand receptions. Our elegant ballroom can host up to 480 guests for a cocktail-style event or 240 for a seated banquet and can be effortlessly divided into Ballroom 1, 2, and 3, providing flexible configurations to suit any occasion, whether it’s a conference, workshop, product launch, or celebration.
