Job Description

 

As our next Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will:

  • Check in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
  • Conduct checks to ensure sufficient stock is available to serve customers, order items as needed, and generate inventory reports for management.
  • Ensure all outlets comply with sanitation, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Manage staff schedules, allocate tasks efficiently, and oversee daily operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the premises to maintain high standards.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Train, mentor, and guide new staff members on company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures for food and beverage service.
  • Organise, supervise, and manage special events, banquets, and promotions, including coordination of meeting and events operations.
  • Collaborate with event and banquet teams to ensure seamless execution of meetings and functions.
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to improve service and increase profitability.
  • Work closely with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff performance, inventory, and financial transactions.
