– Recepcionar os hóspedes/clientes no check-in e check-out, abordando-os, retirando bagagens, acompanhando-os ao apartamento, apresentando as instalações e prestando informações gerais sobre a unidade e outros.
– Executar serviços de entrega de documentos, encomendas e outros nos apartamentos, atendendo às solicitações dos hóspedes.
– Zelar pela conservação e padronização do lobby do hotel (organização de móveis, jornais e revistas etc).
– Repcionar e prestar serviços diversos aos hóspedes/clientes, apoiando-os no check-in/check-out e suprindo-os com informações diversas sobre o hotel.
