MISSION :  Responsible for the implementation of the decentralized F&B strategy. Provides feedback to the F&B Partner regarding the hotel’s needs/opportunities.

FUNCTIONS:

• Supervise restaurants, bars, room service, banquets and events.
• Ensure compliance with quality and service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service for efficient operation.
• Control inventories and minimize losses and waste.
• Coordinate special events and banquets.
• Establish and supervise the responsibilities of the staff under your supervision on the different shifts, and ensure that the staff work following the defined procedures.
• Maintain constant communication with all departments.
• Complete projects and other tasks as assigned/as they become necessary.
