Maintenance Coordinator

Play a key role in our maintenance team as our Maintenance Coordinator, ensuring operations run seamlessly behind the scenes. In this full-time role, you’ll keep things on track—coordinating requests, supporting room readiness, and ensuring our maintenance standards reflect true luxury.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate engineering work requests through the system, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
• Act as a key contact for the Engineering office, supporting internal teams and contractors.
• Monitor room status and maintenance issues, arranging urgent repairs as needed.
• Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance departments to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Maintain accurate records, including compliance certificates, and maintenance logs.
• Process invoices and assist with procurement, stock control, and inventory of engineering supplies.
• Support contractor coordination, preventative maintenance programs, and asset management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and sustainability standards.

• Previous administration or coordination experience (hotel or facilities environment highly regarded).
• Strong organisation and communication skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Experience with maintenance or work-order systems (HotSOS or similar) is an advantage.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
