Rising above the San Diego Bay and steps from the Gaslamp Quarter and Petco Park, Hilton San Diego Bayfront is the signature SoCal resort. The newly renovated beauty is searching for a Bartender for Odysea Waterfront Lounge. Odysea, “A Liquid Adventure”, is a waterfront lounge featuring one-of-a-kind drinks and refreshing bites, including plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Gather on a terrace and enjoy the view from Odysea’s perch beside the water. The property boasts 1190 guest rooms, 170,000 square feet of event space, and 6 food and beverage outlets.
A Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages and serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Schedule: Availability from 2pm-1am needed, with flexibility to arrive earlier if there are private events. Weekend, evening and holiday availability required.
Wage: $17.75 per hour
