The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth guest arrivals and departures, handling guest requests and complaints, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. The role includes coordinating with other departments, managing VIP guest experiences, resolving operational issues, and supporting the Front Office team to ensure excellent service in accordance with Anantara standards.
