Based at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca within the Marketing & Commerce department in Mallorca, the Sales Manager is responsible for executing the hotel’s sales strategies in alignment with its long-term goals, driving revenue growth, and increasing market presence. This role involves managing day-to-day sales activities, developing and nurturing relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager works closely with the sales team to implement targeted campaigns, track performance, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Additionally, they collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and customer satisfaction, contributing to the hotel’s overall growth and success.
