Back of House Attendant (m/f/d)

You are passionate about maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment behind the scenes. You take pride in ensuring that equipment, utensils and workspaces are always ready to support exceptional guest experiences. You enjoy working as part of a team, have an eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Whether supporting kitchen operations, organizing equipment for events or maintaining hygiene standards, you help create the foundation for our success every day.

What your responsibilities are…

  • You help keep our kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and ready for operation.
  • You ensure that kitchen equipment, utensils, and supplies are cleaned, sanitized, and stored correctly.
  • You support the management and organization of Food & Beverage equipment.
  • You assist with the setup and breakdown of banquets, conferences, and special events.
  • You help maintain Marriott, HACCP, and safety standards at all times.
  • You identify and report maintenance, hygiene, and safety concerns.
  • You work closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
