Reporting to the Banquet Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Outgoing, friendly personality
• Guest expectations
• Prepare beverages and satellite bars
• Interaction with guests
• Compliance with liquor laws
• Accountability
• Control bar costs
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar
• Control cost and waste in the work area
• Close out paperwork- consumption reports
• Handle cash transactions

Rate of Pay: $21.50
