A Banquet Captain is responsible for overseeing the set-up and clean-up of food and beverage during banquet functions in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Applicants must be able to perform some heavy lifting with or without reasonable accommodations. Hours will differ depending on the event schedule. Pay ranges from $14.81 – 30 (pay based on earnings from gratuity).
