The ideal candidate for this position will possess two years of cooking experience and full schedule flexibility! We’re seeking someone with a great attitude who works well under pressure as part of a team. It would be considered an asset for this role to have valid food safety certificate, banquets experience or luxury experience.
This position is part of the Local 25 Union which requires full availability with no restrictions. We are not able to accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.
Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $30.18 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location

What will I be doing?
As a Banquet Cook, you will be responsible for maintaining and setting up food production station and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings and all other food items prepared on the hot line. Specifically, this includes but is not limited to:
