Barista

Hilton Atlanta and Towers is searching for a talented part-time Barista to join our Food and Beverage team! Find us in Downtown Atlanta, within six blocks of popular attractions including Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Aquarium.

The Marketplace is a fast-paced café and sundry shop that serves gourmet goods on the fly—from specialty coffees to artisanal sandwiches.

The ideal candidate will have strong hospitality skills and previous customer service experience in a similar setting. They will be a reliable communicator and a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as a cashier or barista is preferred but not required.

Shift Pattern: Part-time with a flexible schedule, including both morning and evening shifts. Full availability is required to support weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage.

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

What will I be doing?

Greets, prepares, services, and takes guests’ orders for beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous, professional and timely manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. Upsells additional items to enhance profitability. Enters orders into a computerized system and settles check(s) upon completion of order. Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
