Les missions
Rattaché (e) au service Commercial tu seras en charge du suivi des diverses réservations des clients (séminaires, réservation des groupes), voici tes principales missions :
Commercialisation et prospection de nouveaux clients
Traiter les demandes clients et envoyer les devis
Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers (devis, suivi commercial, facturation…)
Coordonner les événements avec les équipes internes
Accueil et suivi des clients sur place le jour de leur événement
Suivre la qualité de service offert aux clients des séminaires
Participer à l’organisation des évènements Restauration, hôtel & animations
Participation aux actions marketing du service commercial
Profil recherché
Une expérience d’un an au sein d’un service commercial, tu es organisé(e), rigoureux (se), autonome, tu as un bon sens relationnel et une capacité d’adaptation.
Tu maitrise les outils informatiques (Pack Office).
