In this role, you will oversee Peacock Alley and In-Room Dining, managing a team of 2 Senior Sous Chef, 15-20 cooks and reporting directly to the Executive Chef.
The ideal candidate will must be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating delicious culinary creations, a talent for training and developing others, and experienced in all aspects of restaurant operations (ex. financial performance, social media reputation, local market capture, and employee relations). At least 2 years of culinary management experience is required. Experience managing a unionized work environment and prior luxury hotel experience are a plus.
