OBJECTIF DU POSTE :

 

Le Chef de Partie a pour rôle de produire les mises en place nécessaires proportionnellement à la demande de la clientèle et de l’activité de l’hôtel et de tenir son poste avec une hygiène irréprochable. Il doit rendre compte à son supérieur de tout problème rencontré ou demande éventuelle d’information.

 

FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES :

 

  • Etre capable de suivre les procédures vestimentaires.
  • Etre capable de vérifier la mise en place afin d’assurer les stocks en matériel pour le shift et de les rassembler selon les besoins.
  • Etre capable de mettre à jour son poste afin d’avoir tous les équipements nécessaires.
  • Etre capable d’avoir son poste prêt pour le service.
  • Etre capable de préparer tous les plats reçus par le système informatique dans un temps correct et précis et communiquer avec les cuisiniers à temps.
  • Etre capable de maintenir son lieu de travail propre, soigné et organisé en respectant les standards.
  • Etre capable de nettoyer correctement son poste après avoir stocker et étiqueter la nourriture avec précision.
