Acerca del rol:

Responsable de gestionar y organizar registros, reservas y documentación de eventos de catering, asegurando la correcta coordinación entre departamentos operativos. Apoya en la planificación y seguimiento de eventos, elaboración de reportes y cotizaciones, manejo de sistemas como GS&C y Opera, y brinda soporte administrativo y comercial para optimizar las operaciones y calidad del servicio

 

Funciones:

  • Gestionar y actualizar reservas y eventos en el sistema Golden Sales & Catering, incluyendo la creación de BEOs, bloqueos de salones y auditorías.
  • Mantener registros y reportes organizados de ventas y eventos, proporcionando informes diarios y mensuales para seguimiento y cierre.
  • Coordinar la comunicación y documentación entre el área de catering y los departamentos operativos, asegurando la correcta distribución de menús, cotizaciones, contratos y correspondencia.
  • Apoyar en la organización y seguimiento de eventos, tanto para clientes como internos, incluyendo el envío de invitaciones, confirmaciones y control de estatus de grupos.
  • Realizar tareas administrativas y de soporte, como facturación, manejo de inventarios, atención a clientes y coordinación de presentaciones, garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares Four Seasons.

 

Requisitos:

  • Profesional o tecnólogo en administración de empresas, económia, administración turística y hotelera, negocios internacionales, comunicación social.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año como auxiliar administrativo, coordinador de ventas, asistente ejecutivo.
  • Conocimiento y manejo del paquete de office nivel intermedio avanzado.
  • Deseable conocimiento y manejo de Opera
  • Inglés intermedio – avanzado
