Responsabilidades Principais e Propósito do Cargo
Este cargo se reporta diretamente à Diretora de Marketing do hotel e é responsável por oferecer suporte administrativo e técnico ao Departamento de Marketing, além de auxiliar na execução do plano de marketing.
Chaves para o Sucesso:
Manter alinhamento próximo com a equipe de marketing do hotel, incluindo a Gerente e a Diretora de Marketing.
Executar com sucesso os elementos táticos da estratégia de marketing.
Ter fortes habilidades de gerenciamento de projetos, com capacidade de priorizar múltiplas tarefas ao mesmo tempo.
Branding e Posicionamento: Trabalha com o DOSM (Diretor(a) de Vendas e Marketing) e o DOM (Diretor(a) de Marketing) na execução de mensagens, posicionamento e estratégias de marketing. Auxilia na entrega de conteúdo alinhado aos padrões da marca.
Conteúdo e Materiais: Lidera a execução e atualização de todas as comunicações internas e externas de marketing, incluindo (mas não se limitando a): site oficial (Brand.com), site secundário (quando aplicável), sites de terceiros, redes sociais, imagens e textos. Trabalha com o DOSM para coordenar todas as sessões de fotos de marketing no hotel.
