Responsabilidades:​​

• Manejará todas las comunicaciones con los huéspedes antes de su llegada y durante la estadía del mismo ya sea por correo electrónico, llamadas telefónicas y/o Four Seasons Chat.
• Se asegurará de que los itinerarios de los huespedes se realicen de acuerdo a lo acordado con ellos.
• Deberá conocer los servicios disponibles en el hotel y los horarios de atención (Restaurantes, Spa, Concierge, Valet).
• Mantendrá una base de datos con información de los atractivos turísticos de nuestra ciudad tanto computarizada como impresa para referencia de los huéspedes y los actualizará regularmente.
• Manejará el sistema de chat de Four Seasons, la reserva de restaurantes, las solicitudes de paquetes de entrega, las solicitudes de limpieza, conserjería y de mantenimiento diariamente según el estándar del departamento.
• Entenderá las tareas que realiza un telefonista, un recepcionista y brindará apoyo, en el caso de ser necesario.
• Coordinará transportes en colaboración con Bell Desk según los estándares de Four Seasons.
• Estará atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes y encontrará el orgullo y el propósito de brindar un servicio y un producto excepcional; se anticipará a las preferencias personales y la capacidad de superar sus expectativas.

Requisitos:​​

• Estudiante avanzado y/o graduado preferentemente en Hotelería, turismo y/o carreras afines.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en tareas y/o posiciones similares.
• Inglés nivel avanzado.
• Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar días y horarios rotativos.
• Trabajo en equipo, actitud positiva y resolución de problemas.
