Position Summary:

• Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
• Deliver room service to guests in keeping with the standards of the operating procedure guidelines
• Assist with the Club Lounge service period, tending bar and serving food to guests, fueling their curiosity and inspiring brilliance
• Receive daily updates on hotel requests and action accordingly
• Assist with the preparation of event & meeting spaces, tending bar and serving platters of food.
• Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
• Collaborate with your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
