JOB SUMMARY
The Food & Beverage Venues Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all food and beverage outlets within the property. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining brand standards, and driving operational excellence across multiple venues, including restaurants, lounges and poolside services. The role requires a strong focus on quality, service and profitability, while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
The Food & Beverage Venues Manager will oversee daily operations, including associate scheduling, training and performance management, ensuring that all associate adhere to service standards and safety protocols. They work closely with culinary teams, events and other departments to coordinate seamless service delivery for regular dining and special events. This position demands exceptional leadership, organizational skills and a passion for hospitality. The manager must be proactive in identifying operational challenges, resolving guest concerns promptly and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel environment.

Managing Day-to-Day Operations
• Supervises and manages employees. Manages all day-to-day operations. Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees’ absence.
• Maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant and room service areas.
• Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
